What happens if a store closes, relocates or has a refit?

For store relocations, we’ll work with you to arrange the transfer of our device to the new location so we can begin the full store set-up process.

For store refits, if there are significant layout or display changes, we will re-define the store areas using the updated floorplan.

In each instance, please notify us as soon as possible so we can aim to be live for your store opening, as we understand how critical those initial trading days are.

To help speed up the process, it would be useful if you could provide the relevant opening and closing dates, along with the new floorplan showing camera locations, with the taxonomy clearly identified.

As soon as we’re connected to the cameras, we can begin mapping the areas prior to running the entry count audits.

For store closures, we will work with you to arrange the return of the device.

If you need to notify us of store closure, refit or relocate please get in touch at support@auravision.ai
