We conduct initial audits for each location to ensure the accuracy of counts meets our strict requirements.
In the rare instance where a location fails an audit, it is usually because the entrance has been obstructed — possibly by a product display or point of sale — or because the camera view is not sufficient. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve simply moving an obstruction, using an alternative camera view, or adjusting the camera placement.
We also carry out regular, randomised audits every quarter.
